System Requirements

To ensure that your VirtualEvent365sm experience is a positive one, please ensure that your system is configured to at least the following:

  • Operating System:
    • Linux: Distribution with a kernel of 2.4 or higher
    • Microsoft: Windows 2000 / Windows XP(SP2) / Windows Vista / Windows 7
    • Solaris: Version 9 or higher
    • Mac: OS X
  • Browser (Pop-ups from virtualevents365.com must not be blocked):
    • Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher
    • Safari 4 or higher
    • Google Chrome 3 or higher
    • Internet Explorer 7, 8 (IE 6 is no longer fully supported)
    • Opera 9.6 or higher
  • Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher
  • Speakers or headphones
  • Monitor resolution: The VirtualEvents365 interfaces are designed to be viewed at a minimum resolution of 1024x768
